“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
Slow down. Sit with the Word. Let it shape your life.

Structure Your Day

 Scripture

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV): “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”

 Reflection

Structure creates stability. Without it, your day controls you instead of you leading your day. When you build rhythm, you create consistency in your life and reduce unnecessary stress. Structure is not restriction, it’s freedom.

 Reflect + Journal

  • Do your days have rhythm or do they feel scattered?

 Sacred Step

Create a simple structure for your day (morning, work, rest, reset).

 Prayer

Lord, bring rhythm to my days. Help me live with intention and clarity. Amen.
