“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
Slow down. Sit with the Word. Let it shape your life.

Don’t Burn Out

 Scripture

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV): “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me."

 Reflection

Growth should not come at the cost of your well-being. If you are constantly exhausted, something needs adjustment. God’s grace is what sustains you, not your own strength. You are allowed to grow without breaking.

 Reflect + Journal

Write one leadership lesson you learned this week.

 Prayer

Thank You, God, for shaping me as a leader. Continue to refine and grow me. Amen.
