The Spiritual Weight of Leadership
Scripture
James 1:5 (NKJV)
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God… and it will be given to him.”
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God… and it will be given to him.”
Reflection
Leadership is spiritual warfare dressed up as strategy.
You can have the best business plan and still feel spiritually stuck.
That’s because leadership doesn’t just call for intellect—it demands spiritual insight.
You need wisdom that doesn’t come from books or experience alone. You need the kind that only God gives.
Ask Him.
He’s not withholding it. He’s waiting to release it—when you humble yourself enough to request it.
Reflect + Journal
- What area of your leadership feels spiritually dry or strained?
- Have you been asking God for guidance or trying to figure it out alone?
- Where do you need divine wisdom today?
Sacred Step
Pause today and pray specifically for wisdom in one leadership decision.
Listen. Wait. Watch what He reveals.
Listen. Wait. Watch what He reveals.
Prayer
Father, I need Your wisdom.
Lead me where my logic falls short.
Speak clearly. Move boldly. Guide deeply.
I don’t want to lead without You. Amen.
Lead me where my logic falls short.
Speak clearly. Move boldly. Guide deeply.
I don’t want to lead without You. Amen.
What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
