“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
Slow down. Sit with the Word. Let it shape your life.

Stretch Your Capacity

 Scripture

Mark 2:22 (NIV): “And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.”

 Reflection

God is not just interested in what you receive—He is deeply invested in what you can sustain. If your structure, mindset, or habits are outdated, they will not support the weight of new growth. Expansion requires internal renovation, not just external opportunity. Sometimes the delay isn’t denial—it’s preparation.

 Reflect + Journal

  • Where is God trying to give you more, but your current capacity can’t hold it?

 Sacred Step

Upgrade one system in your life today (schedule, workflow, communication, or mindset).

 Prayer

Lord, make me new where I’ve been outdated. Expand my capacity to carry what You’re pouring. Amen.
