“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
Slow down. Sit with the Word. Let it shape your life.

Stop Overthinking

 Scripture

Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV): “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

 Reflection

Overthinking can become a disguise for control. Trust requires surrendering the need to understand every outcome. When you lean solely on your own reasoning, execution stalls. Direction flows where trust leads.

  • Where has analysis replaced obedience?

 Sacred Step

Act on what you already know without further delay.

 Prayer

God, quiet my overanalysis and strengthen my trust in Your direction. Amen.
