Gratitude as a Rhythm

 Scripture

1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 (NIV) – “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

 Reflection

Gratitude is the rhythm that keeps your consistency joyful, not burdensome. A thankful heart turns discipline into delight and keeps you aware of God’s goodness even in hard places. Gratitude is fuel for endurance.

 Reflect + Journal

  • What three things am I grateful for right now?
  • How can gratitude shift how I view today’s tasks?

 Sacred Step

Begin or end your day by listing three things you’re grateful for—make it a daily rhythm.

 Prayer

Thank You, Lord, for always giving me reasons to rejoice. Let gratitude be the rhythm of my life. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
