One Thing at a Time
Scripture
Philippians 3:13–14 (NIV): “Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
Reflection
Paul did not say “many things I juggle.” He said, “this one thing I do.” Execution requires narrowing. When you try to move in ten directions at once, your energy fragments and your effectiveness weakens. Focus is not limitation — it is spiritual discipline. The power of progress often comes from eliminating what competes for your attention.

Choose one primary assignment today and give it undivided attention for a set amount of time.
Prayer
Lord, sharpen my focus. Remove distractions that dilute my calling. Teach me to press toward what truly matters instead of scattering my strength. Amen.
