Guarding the Mind

 Scripture

Philippians 4:8 - “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”

 Reflection

Your mind is one of the most powerful gateways in your spiritual life. What you repeatedly allow into it quietly shapes your emotions, your confidence, your reactions, and your sense of peace. Many of the thoughts that drain your peace don’t arrive loudly, they slip in through comparison, overexposure, negative self-talk, constant news, or conversations that stir anxiety rather than faith.
