Strength in Leadership
Scripture
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) –
"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Reflection
Leadership will stretch you to your limits—and that’s where God meets you.
Your strength will run out.
But His never will.
But His never will.
He doesn’t expect you to lead on empty. He expects you to lean.
Today, let His presence refill you. You are not too tired to be used—you’re just in need of a source shift.
Reflect + Journal
- Where are you leading from burnout instead of overflow?
- How can you make space today to be strengthened by God?
Sacred Step
Pause for 5 minutes today. No tasks. No pressure. Just presence.
Let God pour back into you.
Let God pour back into you.
Prayer
God, thank You for being my strength.
When I’m weak, You are steady.
Uphold me as I lead.
Fill the places I’ve poured out. Amen.
When I’m weak, You are steady.
Uphold me as I lead.
Fill the places I’ve poured out. Amen.
What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
