“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
Slow down. Sit with the Word. Let it shape your life.

Growth Feels Uncomfortable

 Scripture

James 1:2–3 (NIV): “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”

 Reflection

Growth rarely feels graceful while it’s happening. What feels like pressure is often the development of endurance, strength, and maturity. If you avoid discomfort, you avoid the very process that produces expansion. What you’re experiencing may not be resistance, it may be refinement.

 Reflect + Journal

  • What discomfort have you been resisting that is actually growing you?

 Sacred Step

Lean into one uncomfortable but necessary task today.

 Prayer

God, help me embrace the discomfort that produces growth. I trust what You’re doing in me. Amen.
