Reflection
Rest is a spiritual statement that says, “God, I trust You even when I pause.” Resistance to rest often reveals fear, fear of falling behind, being judged, or losing control. But embodiment requires sustainability, and sustainability requires rest. Today asks you to stop equating rest with laziness and start seeing it as obedience.
