Validation-seeking creates urgency; overexplaining, overgiving, or constantly checking for reassurance. Stillness is security because it says, “God will handle what I don’t need to prove.” When you know God approves of you, you don’t panic when people misunderstand you. Today is practice in calm confidence letting God be your defender instead of your performance.
