Shrinking is often a learned habit—something you did to avoid rejection, conflict, or attention. But when God calls you light, He’s not asking you to manage your brightness. He’s calling you to stand confidently in your identity, even when it feels vulnerable to be seen. Your light isn’t for performance, it’s for purpose, and hiding it doesn’t protect you; it delays what God wants to do through you.
