Secure in Christ

 Scripture

Romans 8:15 - “For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’”

 Reflection

Fear makes you perform. Fear makes you prove. Fear makes you overthink and over-explain. But adoption means you belong before you build, before you achieve, before you get it right. Security in Christ is the quiet confidence of knowing you are held, even while you’re growing.

 Reflect + Journal

  • Where has fear shaped your identity more than faith?

 Sacred Step

Replace one fear-based thought with truth from Scripture. Write it. Say it aloud.

 Prayer

God, anchor my identity in You, not fear. I choose security over striving. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
