Pruned to Grow

 Scripture

John 15:2 (NIV) - “He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.”

 Reflection

Pruning isn’t punishment—it’s proof of potential. God trims fruitful branches because He sees more in them. The cut can hurt, but it’s holy. You’re not being reduced—you’re being refined for increase.

 Reflect + Journal

  • What is God asking me to release for my next level?
  • How has pruning in past seasons produced better fruit?

 Sacred Step

Identify one distraction, relationship, or habit to prune. Trust God to fill what He removes.

 Prayer

Father, I surrender to Your shears. Prune what hinders growth and shape me for greater fruitfulness. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
