Roots Before Results

 Scripture

Psalm 1:1–2 (NIV) - “Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, (2) but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.”

 Reflection

God measures by roots, not reach. Deep delight produces steady fruit. Plant your identity where storms can’t touch it—near His Word.

 Reflect + Journal

  • Where have I rooted identity in performance or people?
  • What delight practices draw me back to Scripture?

 Sacred Step

Swap one performance habit (doom-scroll, overwork) for 15 minutes in the Word.

 Prayer

Father, fix my roots in You so my fruit lasts. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
