The Power of Stillness

 Scripture

Psalm 46:10 — “Be still, and know that I am God.”

 Reflection

Clarity is often drowned out by noise—our schedules, notifications, responsibilities, and even our own thoughts. Stillness is where God speaks loudest. When you pause, you make room for His whisper to cut through the chaos. Stillness doesn’t mean inactivity; it means creating intentional space to see and hear Him clearly.

 Reflect + Journal

  • Where do I most need stillness right now—my mind, my schedule, or my heart?
  • What would change if I made stillness a non-negotiable part of my rhythm?

 Sacred Step

Take 10 uninterrupted minutes today to be still before God—no distractions. Let Him reorder your thoughts.

 Prayer

Lord, teach me to value stillness. Quiet my anxious heart so I can recognize Your presence and hear Your direction. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
