Letting Go of Worry and Fear

 Scripture

Matthew 6:34 – "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

 Reflection

Worry drains today of its strength with fear about what hasn’t even happened.

But fear can’t hold space where faith is actively planted.

Letting go doesn’t mean ignoring what’s real—it means releasing what you can’t control to the One who can.

 Reflect + Journal

  • What worries or fears are keeping you up at night or stealing your focus?
  • How can you invite God into those places today?

 Sacred Step

Write your worries down on paper.
Then tear them up as a symbolic release, and pray over the empty space left behind.

 Prayer

Lord, I give You every fear, every anxious thought, every future unknown.
Let Your peace replace my panic.
Help me lead with courage and trust. Amen.

What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
