The Power of Grace in Leadership
Scripture
2 Corinthians 12:9 – “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
Reflection
Leadership often demands more than we feel we have.
But grace whispers: “I’ve got what you lack.”
Your weakness isn’t a liability—it’s an invitation.
An opening for God’s power to rest on you.
To show up where you feel most stretched.
You don’t have to carry it perfectly. You just have to carry it with Him.
Reflect + Journal
- Where do you feel most inadequate as a leader?
- How has God shown up in your weakness before?
Sacred Step
Write down one area of weakness in your leadership.
Surrender it in prayer and let God’s grace cover it.
Surrender it in prayer and let God’s grace cover it.
Prayer
Lord, thank You that I don’t have to be strong all the time.
Let Your grace meet me where I fall short.
Lead me with power, even in my weakness. Amen.
Let Your grace meet me where I fall short.
Lead me with power, even in my weakness. Amen.
What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
