Finding Peace in Waiting
Scripture
Psalm 27:14 (NIV) –
“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
Reflection
Waiting doesn’t have to feel like wandering.
There’s peace in knowing Who you’re waiting on—even when you don’t know what’s next.
You’re not stuck. You’re being still.
And stillness is sacred when it's rooted in trust.
Let your heart settle today. You’re not behind—you’re being built.
Reflect + Journal
- What does waiting look like for you in this season?
- How has God shown up for you in previous waiting seasons?
Sacred Step
Create a peace ritual: 5–10 minutes in silence, prayer, or worship.
Let your soul remember God is still in control.
Let your soul remember God is still in control.
Prayer
Lord, I choose peace while I wait.
Not because I know the outcome—but because I know You.
Still my soul and steady my heart. Amen.
Not because I know the outcome—but because I know You.
Still my soul and steady my heart. Amen.
What’s written here was never meant to impress—only to anchor.
