Leadership doesn’t just exhaust your hands—it exhausts your mind.
The constant decisions. The problem-solving. The invisible mental load of keeping it all together.

But God gives us a lifeline: focus.
He reminds us to fix our thoughts—not on the chaos, but on the truth. On what’s pure. On what’s still good.
You can lead with a sound mind. But it takes intentional redirection.
