Refund Policy

Digital Products:

Because Sacredly Written offers digital products (such as devotionals, downloads, and reflection kits), all digital sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital content once it has been accessed or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with a file or download, please contact info@sacredlywritten.com so we can resolve it promptly.


 Tangible Merchandise (Apparel & Shipped Items):

We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.

We will gladly offer:

  • A refund to your original payment method

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Clearance or final sale products
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
